At GNP Wellness, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction by delivering quality bath and beauty products.

Returns

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns once products are opened or used.

Eligible for Return/Replacement

We accept returns or replacements only if:

  • The product is damaged upon delivery
  • The wrong product was delivered

Return Request Process

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide order ID and clear product images

Refund Process

  • Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
